Helena L. Jennings, 101, longtime West Stockbridge resident died Sunday October 10, 2021 at Mt. Carmel Care Center in Lenox. Helena was born in West Stockbridge on February 10, 1920, daughter of Antonio and Antonia (Sebben) Marconi. She was educated in Sheffield schools. Helena worked in the mail room at the Marian Fathers, at B &D and as a home health aide. She was a member of Corpus Christi Church now Saint Teresa of Calcutta and a member of the Rosary Sodality. She enjoyed water painting, playing cards at the senior center, volunteering for meals on wheels and the Corpus Christi Bazaar. Helena’s husband Walter R. Jennings whom she married in St. Peter’s Church on July 31, 1937 predeceased her on July 2, 1990. Helena is survived by 2 sons, Richard Jennings and wife Mary Lou of Cheshire MA and Thomas Jennings and wife Julie of Cornelius NC, two daughters, Rosalie Snyder of Elk Grove CA and Sandra Kleiner and husband Stanley of Pittsfield, daughter in law, Christine Jennings of Housatonic, eight grandchildren, David, Gary, Elliott, Samuel, Sara, Steven Shannon,Walter and Jana and eight great grandchildren. In addition to her husband Helena was predeceased by five sisters, Angeline Baldauf, Grace Grazia, Mary Pirotta, Pauline Marchetto and Laura Ebitz, two brothers, John Marconi and Louis Marconi, granddaughter Heather Mead and son Harry T. Jennings. 

 Funeral Services for Helena L. Jennings will be held on Friday, October 15th at 12:30 PM with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish Corpus Christi Church with Reverend William P. Murphy Pastor officiating. Burial will follow in Saint Bridget’s Cemetery in Housatonic. Family will receive friends from 11:00 to Noon at the BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME 33 South St. Great Barrington MA 01230. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in Helena’s memory may be made to Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish in care of the funeral home. Condolences may be made through
