  1. I’m so sorry to hear this. Mrs. Murphy made the best popcorn in the whole world. I would go to her house with Kathy after school some days and there it was on top of the refrigerator just waiting for us. Fond memory. Also Kathy always had very friendly sisters. Housatonic was a great place to grow up.

  2. Jean will be remembered fondly as a devoted registered nurse, and kind mentor to new nurses coming up through the ranks: including me. Rest in peace dear Jean.

  3. My condolences to the Murphy family. Jean was a lovely lady and an excellent nurse. I worked with her for many years at Fairview Hospital.

  4. Dear Tricia , Rosemary , Jean Marie , Kathy , John & families & Mrs . Murphy ‘ s brothers : so sorry to read of your Mom ‘ s passing . She was always so kind . I think of you often and cherish growing up with you . Thank you for the memories . Love Always , Cindy Palma
